Sliced fresh tomatoes are topped with fresh mozzarella, fresh basil, and balsamic vinegar.

Andrea’s Garden Salad

Salada Beija Flor
A tasty combination of organic greens, luscious dates, crunchy walnuts, delicate pears, and fragrant edible flowers.

Arugula Pear Salad
A bed of greens is topped with arugula leaves and fresh pear, served with candied walnuts, asiago and bléu cheese.

Fiesta Bean Salad
Corn, black beans, tomatoes and garbanzos seasoned with Mexican spices lightly tossed in oil and vinegar and
heaped on a bed of organic romaine and served with a cornmeal muffin.
Tabouleh
A traditional Middle Eastern taste sensation. Bulgar Wheat enhanced with mint, garlic, and tomatoes on fresh romaine.
Served with a pita, hummus and a fresh sliced apple.

All sandwiches come with organic romaine, a side of chips, and your choice of additional toppings, including:
Tomato, Baby Greens, Fresh Basil, Sautéed Onions, Fresh Onions, Dill Pickle, Sweet Pickle, or Sprouts. Add Cheese for $1.00.

Turkey Reuben
Nitrate-Free deli turkey, slathered in sautéed onions and sauerkraut, with melted swiss cheese.

Tempeh Reuben
Lightly grilled Tempeh, sautéed onions, sauerkraut, Swiss cheese, and Russian sauce, served open-faced on Jewish Rye bread.
